Abstract
This study is aimed at analyzing the functional pragmatics of specific linguistic and creative poetic mechanisms of an individual author's conceptual-value system explication. The scientific novelty of the undertaken analysis lies in the introduction of conceptual and epistemic description elements within the parallel translation of episodic, ingroup and semantic components into the framework of dialectical-relational methodology. Metrics, rhythm and rhyme, combined with the accentuation of axiological dominants, are provided by models corresponding not only to the author's meanings (pertinences), but also necessarily tied to the correlative meanings of the linguistic and cultural community (relevancy), which brings linguocreative poiesis closer to the mechanisms of noesis. The division and intentional orientation of the elite language personality reflection are not only in the field of linguistic consciousness, i.e. conceptual and axiological space, but also in the speech thinking tissue, i.e. the threefold importance of verbalization forms, allows to identify multilevel techniques for translating author's pertinences in the relevance of the linguistic and cultural community. The elitism of poetic linguocreation is manifested in the convergence of phono-semantic techniques, rhythmic-rhyming structure, richness and intentional selectivity of lexical, syntactic and pragmatic elements, increasing the level of cultural, epistemic and social significance of the transmitted dominants. The linguistic consciousness of an elite personality appears as the basis for a creative rethinking of polymodal models of the personal axiosphere intensification, explicated in speech-thinking constructions in the process of poetization, accessible to the mass addressee.
